针刀松解脊神经后支治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效观察

Clinical Efficacy of Posterior Rami of Spinal Nerves Acupotomy Release in the Treatment of Postherpetic Neuralgia

目的观察针刀松解脊神经后支治疗胸腰段带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床效果。方法选择2018年6月~2020年5月我院收治的门诊就诊及住院治疗的胸腰段带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者60例,按随机数字表法分成对照组采用华佗夹脊穴针刺,观察组采用针刀阻滞松解法各30例。观察两组临床疗效,比较两组治疗前、疗程后的视觉模拟评分(Visual Analogue Scale,简称VAS)、McGill疼痛问卷的情感SF-MPQ评分、睡眠质量评分(Qs)。结果观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后VAS评分、SF-MPQ评分、Qs评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者采取针刀松解脊神经后支治疗法能取得良好效果,其能使患者临床症状得到有效改善,且在疼痛的缓解,情绪的改善,睡眠质量的提高方面发挥重要作用,该治疗法值得推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of posterior rami of spinal nerves acupotomy release in the treatment of thoracolumbar postherpetic neuralgia.Methods 60 patients with thoracolumbar postherpetic neuralgia who were treated and hospitalized in our hospital from June 2018 to May 2020 The patients were divided into observation group and control group using a random number table,with 30 cases in each group,respectively.The observation group were treated with acupotomy block and release,whereas the control group were acupunctured on Huatuo spine points.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed,and the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),emotional SF-MPQ score and sleep quality score(Qs)of McGill pain questionnaire before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The VAS score,SF-MPQ score and Qs score of the observation group were better than those of the control group after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupotomy release of posterior rami of spinal nerves achieves satisfying efficacy and effectively improves the clinical symptoms of postherpetic neuralgia.Moreover,the therapy can alleviate the pain and improve the mood and sleep quality of patients,which is worthy of popularization and application.
