经尿道膀胱肿瘤整体剜除术治疗非肌层浸润性膀胱癌的研究进展

Research Progress of Transurethral En-bloc Resection of Bladder Tumors in the Treatment of Non-muscle-invasive Bladder Cancer

非肌层浸润性膀胱癌是泌尿外科常见的恶性肿瘤之一,该病在所有膀胱癌中占比达到70%,需要尽快通过手术治疗切除肿瘤,促进病情的改善。经尿道膀胱肿瘤整体剜除术是目前医护人员常用于治疗非肌层浸润性膀胱癌患者的一种手段,该手术在实施过程中可以应用不同的能源,再加上一些辅助设备能够促进手术的顺利开展,有助于提升临床疗效,故本文就经尿道膀胱肿瘤整体剜除术在非肌层浸润性膀胱癌患者治疗中的应用展开研究。

Non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in urology, accounting for70% of all bladder cancers. The tumor should be removed through surgical treatment as soon as possible to improve patients’ condition. Currently, transurethral en-bloc resection of bladder tumors is commonly used in treating patients with non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer. Various energy sources and auxiliary devices can be applied in the surgery, thus promoting the smooth operation and improving clinical efficacy. Therefore, this study investigates the application of transurethral en-bloc resection of bladder tumors in the treatment of patients with non-muscular-invasive bladder cancer.
