摘要
人体组织移植是挽救患者生命和提高生活质量的有效手段,人体组织是宝贵的医疗资源。公民自愿捐献组织是我国组织移植唯一合法来源,为了保证捐献组织的安全性和可用性,需对供者进行严格的筛选和评估。本文借鉴国际经验,结合我国人体组织器官库建设自身实践经验,从知情同意、个人史、疾病史、体格检查和实验室检查5个方面阐述组织捐献过程中供者评估应当涵盖的内容,以及不同类型组织捐献的禁忌证。
Human tissue transplantation is an effective way to save lives and improve the quality of life.Human tissues are valuable medical resources.Citizens′voluntary donation of tissue has become the only legitimate source for tissue transplant in China.Donor evaluation and screening play key roles in the safety and availability of transplanted tissue.Drawing on international experience and combining with our own experience,this article expounds the contents that should be covered by the screening of donors in the process of tissue donation from five aspects:informed consent,personal history,medical history,physical assessment and laboratory tests,as well as the contraindications for different tissue donation.
