摘要 高校参与教育扶贫工作是高校社会服务职能的具体体现。随着脱贫攻坚目标的完成,有必要对高校参与教育扶贫工作及其研究进行回顾与反思,为高校在教育扶贫的基础上,为“后扶贫时代”明确社会服务的方向。高校教育扶贫,兼有“扶教育之贫”与“依靠教育扶贫”之意。在高校教育扶贫过程中,曾经存在着模式单一与动机趋向功利、缺乏系统性与长效机制、考核制度不合理与配套机制不健全、内容脱离群众与供求失衡等问题,为此,各高校采取了发挥高校优势、避免扶贫模式趋同以及加强顶层设计、形成教育扶贫合力等措施。在“后扶贫时代”,高校要加强扶志扶智工作,严格落实“四个不摘”要求,将高校的帮扶同乡村振兴有效衔接,引领乡村发展,实现高校自身的创新性发展。 The participation of colleges and universities in poverty alleviation through education represents one of their social services.With the completion of the poverty alleviation tasks,it’s necessary to review and reflect on their participation in the project,so as to redefine the orientation of social services on the basis of educational poverty alleviation in the“post-poverty alleviation era”.The educational poverty alleviation in colleges and universities includes“alleviating the poverty of education”and“poverty alleviation through education”.However,there were some typical problems in this realm,such as a unitary model and a utilitarian motivation,lack of systematic patterns and long-term mechanism,unreasonable assessment system and unsound supporting mechanism,insufficient attention to actual needs of the masses and imbalance between supply and demand.In order to improve the work,universities and colleges have taken some measures,that is,to give full play to their advantages,to avoid the convergence of poverty alleviation models,to strengthen the top-level design and to form a joint force for education and poverty alleviation.In the“post-poverty alleviation era”,colleges and universities should strengthen the work of poverty relief and mentality relief,ensure that poverty alleviation policies and government supervision are continued,effectively link the assistance of colleges and universities with rural revitalization for guiding the development of the countryside,and realize the renewal development of colleges and universities.
