摘要
目的:通过网络药理学分析康妇炎胶囊治疗盆腔炎性疾病(pelvic inflammatory disease,PID)的网络药理学机制。方法:通过OMIM、Drugbank和GeneCards数据库获取PID相关靶点,结合Batman-TCM数据库平台挖掘康妇炎胶囊化学成分和作用靶点。通过String Version 11.0平台构建蛋白相互作用网络,根据自由度值筛选关键药物作用靶点。采用Cytoscape软件绘制中药-成分-关键靶点网络。通过KOBAS 3.0在线基因富集网站、BioGPS和Genecards数据库,对康妇炎胶囊治疗PID的关键药物作用靶点进行通路和功能注释分析,并获得靶点组织和亚细胞分布。结果:康妇炎胶囊中潜在的168个化学成分,能够调节29个PID关键治疗靶点。通过调节血流变,调控免疫细胞及相关细胞因子信号通路,改善肌体组织细胞凋亡、氧化应激、自噬和炎症水平,进而发挥PID治疗作用。结论:康妇炎胶囊可能通过调节血流变,调控免疫细胞及相关细胞因子信号通路,改善肌体组织细胞凋亡、氧化应激、自噬和炎症水平,治疗PID。
Objective:To analyze the network pharmacology mechanism of Kangfuyan capsules in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease(PID)through network pharmacology.Methods:The related targets of PID were obtained from OMIM,Drugbank and Genecards databases,and the chemical components and action targets of KangfuYan capsules were mined based on the Batman-TCM database platform.The protein-protein interaction network was constructed through the String Version 11.0 platform,and the key drug targets were screened according to the degree of freedom value.The network of traditional Chinese medicine-components-key targets was drawn by Cytoscape software.KOBAS 3.0 online gene enrichment website,BIOGPS,and GeneCards database were used to analyze the pathway and function annotation of the key drug action targets of KangfuYan capsules in the treatment of PID.The target tissues and subcellular distribution were also obtained.Results:The potential 168 chemical components in Kangfuyan capsules could regulate 29 key therapeutic targets.It could improve blood rheology,regulate immune cells and related cytokine signaling pathways,improve the levels of cell apoptosis,oxidative stress,autophagy,and inflammation in the tissues,and then exert treatment effects of PID.Conclusion:Kangfuyan capsules may treat PID by improving blood rheology,regulating immune cells and related cytokine signaling pathways,improving cell apoptosis,oxidative stress,autophagy,and inflammation in the body.
