构建文明交通信用体系是我国新时期社会信用体系建设的重要组成部分,将交通出行行为与信用关联,能够有力约束交通参与人行为并提升其素质,创建文明交通环境。因历史的原因,我国文明交通信用体系建设尚处于探索与试点阶段,并未全方位地开展。文明交通信用体系建设需坚持法治化、标准化、审慎性和渐进性的原则。失信主体、失信标准、失信信息、联合惩戒等内容的明确则是该体系建设和实施的关键。

Building a civilized traffic credit system is an important part of our country’s social credit system construction in new era.Linking traffic behavior with credit will help restrict the behavior of traffic participants and improve their quality.Due to historical reasons,our country’s civilized traffic credit system is still in the process of exploration and experimentation,and it has not been fully popularized.The construction of a civilized traffic credit system must adhere to the principles of rule of law,standardization,prudence,and gradualism.Clarification of dishonesty subjects,dishonesty standards,dishonesty information,and joint disciplinary action is the key to the implementation of this system.
