论家庭家教家风建设在基层社会治理中的作用

Discussion on the Role of Construction of Family,Family Education,and Family Tradition in Grass-Roots Social Governance

中国历来重视"家"与"国"之间的关系,家是最小国,国是千万家。家庭是社会的细胞,是基层社会治理的基础,也是基层社会治理的目的。自党的十八大以来,习近平总书记多次谈到要"注重家庭、注重家教、注重家风"。家庭家教家风建设在为基层社会治理提供文化土壤、协调基层社会家事纠纷解决、推动基层社会自治、德治、法治的建设与发展方面发挥着不可替代的作用。但目前由于各种原因,家庭家教家风建设在我国基层社会治理中的作用未得到充分发挥,功能未得到充分实现。为此,要大力推进家庭家教家风建设,积极发挥家庭在社会纠纷解决中的助力作用,推动家庭家教家风建设与自治、德治、法治相融合,开辟基层社会治理新路径。

China has always attached importance to the relationship between"home"and"""country",the family is the smallest country,and the country is the integration of millions of families.The family is the cell of society,the foundation of grass-roots social governance,and also the purpose of grass-roots social governance.Since the 18 th National Congress of CPC,General Secretary Xi Jinping has repeatedly talked about"pay attention to family,pay attention to family education,and pay attention to family tradition".The construction of family,family education,and family tradition which plays an irreplaceable role in providing cultural soil for grass-roots social governance,coordinating grass-roots society to resolve family disputes,and promoting the construction and development of grass-roots social autonomy,rule of virtue,and rule of law.But at present because of many reasons existing,the role of construction of family,family education,and family tradition in China’s grass-roots social governance has not been fully used,and its function has not been fully realized.Therefor,we should vigorously promote the construction of family,family education,and family tradition,actively play the auxiliary role of family in social dispute settlement,promote the integration and construction of family,family education,and family tradition with autonomy,rule of virtue,and rule of law,create a new path of grass-roots social governance.
