不同品种夏播饲用谷子生产性能与营养品质的关联分析及评价 被引量:15

摘要 通过对18个饲用谷子品种的生产性能和营养品质相关指标进行测定和分析,并对3种饲草评价指标(有机物质消化率、相对饲料品质和灰色关联度)进行综合评价,结果表明:18个饲用谷子品种生产性能指标(鲜、干草产量、干鲜比、株高、茎粗、叶茎比等)和营养指标(粗蛋白、粗脂肪、粗纤维、粗灰分、无氮浸出物、碳水化合物含量等)差异极显著。S20172769和冀草谷3号鲜、干草产量较高,可用作高产品种资源。衡HN201026、晋谷57、冀草谷3号株高较高,可作为高秆品种资源。S20172769、S20172966、K3970叶茎比较高,可作为叶量丰富型品种资源。综合3种方法评价结果,K3970、冀草谷3号、汾选3号、S20172966、郑10-1、S20172769综合评价较好,产量高、品质优和利用潜力较大,可以作为夏播区优良饲草资源利用。 In this study,the production performance and nutritional quality of 18 forage millet varieties were measured and analyzed,and three forage indicators(organic matter digestibility,relative feed quality and gray correlation degree)were evaluated.The results showed that there were significant differences in production performance(fresh forage and hay yields,dry and fresh forage yield ratio,plant height,stem diameter,leaf and stem ratio)and nutritional value(crude protein,ether extract,crude fiber,ash,nitrogen free extract,and water soluble carbohydrate contents)among 18 forage millet varieties.S20172769 and Jicaogu No.3 had higher fresh forage and hay yields and could be used as high-yielding variety resources.Heng HN201026,Jingu No.57 and Jicaogu No.3 had higher plant height and could be used as high-stalk variety resources.S20172769,S20172966 and K3790 had higher leaf and stem ratio and could be used as leaf-rich variety resources.Based on the three evaluation methods,K3970,Jicaogu No.3,Fenxuan No.3,S20172966,Zheng 10-1 and S20172769 were superior to other varieties with higher yield,better quality and utilization potential,which could be used as excellent forage resources in summer planted area.
