援巴防控新冠疫情中国经验的实践

The practice of China’s experience in the COVID-19 prevention and control in the assistance to Pakistan

本文概述了2020-04至2020-06援助巴基斯坦新冠疫情防控期间,交流中国在新冠疫情防控上的成功经验和体会,即坚持预防为先原则,采取控制传染源、切断传播途径、保护易感人群的策略,加强疫情监测、病例和密接者筛查、个人防护、广泛宣传和分级分区管控等一系列措施,回应巴方关心关注的医疗挤兑、常态防控、复工复产、院内感染等一系列问题。结合巴国国情、疫情特点提出因地制宜借鉴中国经验,建立传染病长效防控机制、加强疫情防控国际间合作建议。对巴基斯坦疫情防控具有积极指导作用。

This paper summarizes China's successful experience in the COVID-19 prevention and control during the assistance to Pakistan from April 2020 to June 2020:Prioritizing prevention.Taking source control,cutting off the route of transmission,and protecting the susceptible population as strategies.Adopting measures including strengthening epidemic surveillance,screening cases and close contacts,levelling up personal protection,disseminating to a broader extent,and carrying up hierarchical and divisional management and control.Besides,the Chinese expert teams also addressed Pakistan's concerns on healthcare squeeze,normalization of pandemic response,resumption of work and production,and in-hospital infection.According to Pakistan's national condition and the characteristics of its epidemic situation,this paper puts forward suggestions on establishing a long-term prevention and control mechanism for infectious diseases and strengthening cross-border cooperation in epidemic response,which plays a positive role in guiding Pakistan's epidemic prevention and control.
