银杏叶提取物注射液联合醋酸泼尼松治疗突发性耳聋患者的临床效果

Clinical effects of extract of Ginkgo biloba leaves injection and Prednisone acetate in the treatment of patients with sudden deafness

目的:观察银杏叶提取物注射液联合醋酸泼尼松治疗突发性耳聋患者的临床效果。方法:选取86例突发性耳聋患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各43例。对照组采用醋酸泼尼松治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合银杏叶提取物注射液治疗,比较两组疗效、中医证候积分和治疗前后血液流变学指标[血浆黏度(PV)、血细胞比容(HCT)]水平。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为95.35%,高于对照组的79.07%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组耳鸣、耳聋中医证候积分和PV、HCT水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:银杏叶提取物注射液联合醋酸泼尼松治疗突发性耳聋患者可提高治疗总有效率,降低中医证候积分和血液流变学指标水平,优于单纯醋酸泼尼松治疗效果。

Objective:To analyze clinical effects of extract of Ginkgo biloba leaves injection and Prednisone acetate in the treatment of patients with sudden deafness.Methods:86 patients with sudden deafness were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Prednisone acetate,while the observation group was treated with the extract of Ginkgo biloba leaves injection on the basis of that of the control group.The curative effects,the TCM syndrome score and the hemorheology index[plasma viscosity(PV)and hematocrit(HCT)]levels before and after the treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.35%,which was higher than 79.07%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of tinnitus and deafness and the PV and HCT levels of the two groups were lower than those before the treatment;those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The extract of Ginkgo biloba leaves injection and Prednisone acetate in the treatment of the patients with sudden deafness can increase the total effective rate of treatment and reduce the TCM syndrome scores and the hemorheology index levels.Moreover,it is superior to single Prednisone acetate.
