摘要
目的:探讨256层极速CT三期增强扫描检查在肺癌诊断中的效能。方法:选取90例疑似肺癌患者为研究对象,均行256层极速CT三期增强扫描检查,以病理检查结果为“金标准”,探讨256层极速CT三期增强扫描检查在肺癌诊断中的效能。结果:病理检查结果显示,90例疑似肺癌患者中肺癌62例,其中鳞癌27例、腺癌16例、小细胞癌10例、鳞腺混合癌9例;256层极速CT三期增强扫描检查诊断肺癌的准确度为92.22%(83/90)、灵敏度为93.55%(58/62)、特异度为89.29%(25/28)、阳性预测值为95.08%(58/61)、阴性预测值为86.21%(25/29);经Kappa一致性检验,256层极速CT三期增强扫描检查诊断肺癌的结果与病理检查结果一致性较好(Kappa=0.820,P=0.000)。结论:256层极速CT三期增强扫描检查在肺癌诊断中具有较高的效能。
Objective: To investigate efficacy of 256-slice speed CT three-phase enhanced scan in diagnosis of lung cancer. Methods: 90 patients with suspected lung cancer were selected as the research objects, and all of them underwent 256-slice speed CT three-phase enhanced scan. Taking the results of pathological examination as the “gold standard”, the efficacy of 256-slice speed CT three-phase enhanced scanning in the diagnosis of lung cancer were investigated. Results: The pathological examination results showed that among the 90 suspected lung cancer patients, 62 were diagnosed as lung cancer, including 27 squamous cell carcinomas, 16 adenocarcinomas, 10 small cell carcinomas, and 9 mixed squamous carcinomas. The accuracy of 256-slice speed CT three-phase enhanced scan in the diagnosis of lung cancer was 92.22% (83/90), the sensitivity was 93.55% (58/62), the specificity was 89.29% (25/28), the positive predictive value was 95.08% (58/61), and the negative predictive value was 86.21% (25/29). The Kappa consistency test showed that the results of 256-slice speed CT three-phase enhanced scanning in the diagnosis of lung cancer were in good agreement with the results of the pathological examination (Kappa=0.820, P=0.000). Conclusions: 256-slice speed CT three-phase enhanced scan has a high efficiency in the diagnosis of lung cancer.
