延续性护理在慢性鼻窦炎术后患者中的应用效果

Application effects of continuous nursing in patients with chronic sinusitis after surgeries

目的:观察延续性护理在慢性鼻窦炎术后患者中的应用效果。方法:选取92例慢性鼻窦炎患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各46例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予延续性护理,比较两组自我护理能力测定量表(ESCA)、简明健康状况调查问卷(SF-36)和护理依从性评分。结果:出院3个月,两组ESCA和SF-36各维度评分均高于出院时,且观察组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);出院3个月,观察组护理依从性评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规护理基础上应用延续性护理可提高慢性鼻窦炎术后患者ESCA、SF-36和护理依从性评分,效果优于单纯常规护理。

Objective:To observe application effects of continuous nursing in patients with chronic sinusitis after surgeries.Methods:92 patients with chronic sinusitis were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,each with 46 cases.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given continuous nursing on the basis of that of the control group.The scores of the exercise of self-care agency scale(ESCA),the MOS 36-item short form health survey,(SF-36)and the nursing compliance were compared between the two groups.Results:3 months after discharge,the ESCA and SF-36 each dimension scores of the two groups were higher than those at discharge;those of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).3 months after discharge,the nursing compliance score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of the routine nursing,the continuous nursing can improve the ESCA,SF-36 and nursing compliance scores of the patients with chronic sinusitis after surgeries Moreover,it is superior to single routine nursing.
