“东垣针法”取穴规律初探

The features of select acupoints in Dong-Yuan Acupuncture Method

李东垣是金元四大家之一,为“补土派”的代表医家,其对针灸也颇有研究。在谨遵《黄帝内经》的基础上,针灸选穴有自己的鲜明特色,为历代医家所推崇。其针灸学术思想也被高武摘取于针灸著作《针灸聚英》中,并命名为“东垣针法”。“东垣针法”理深法妙,注重足三里穴,并熟练应用背俞穴、募穴、五输穴等。现将其针灸取穴特色稍行归纳,并附验案一则。

LI Dong-yuan is one of the four masters of the Jin and Yuan dynasties,and a famous master in the history of traditional Chinese medicine.On the basis of following the《The Yellow Emperor's Classic of Internal Medicine》,acupuncture and moxibustion acupoint selection has its own distinctive features,and is respected by doctors of all ages.His academic thought of acupuncture was also taken by Gao Wu from the acupuncture book《Acupuncture Juying》and named“Dong-yuan Acupuncture”.The“Dong-yuan Acupuncture”is deep and profound,and it pays attention to Zusanli acupoint,and is proficient in using Beishu acupoint,recruiting acupoint,and five losing points.The characteristics of acupuncture and acupuncture point selection are briefly summarized,with one medical record.
