During the Soviet period,the Communist Party of China obtained the ruling position under the specific historical conditions.The historical conditions of the party's ruling in the Soviet area are embodied in the agrarian revolution,armed struggle,regime construction and the absorption and reference of the Soviet experience.The ruling practice of the Communist Party in the Chinese Soviet area can be divided into four stages:preparation stage,implementation stage,strategic transfer stage and the ruling stage in the northwestern Soviet area.The basic experience of the party's ruling in the Soviet area is to adhere to the correct ideological line and the strong leadership of the party,properly deal with the relationship between the party and government,pay attention to economic construction,implement the democratic New Deal,pay attention to people's livelihood,fight against corruption and build a clean government,and take the overall situation and so on.It can be said that the ruling of the Communist Party of China in the Soviet area opened a new chapter in the history of China's development.It was a great attempt by the Party to lead and manage state power and to learn the art of governing the country and ensuring the peace of the people.It provided a valuable classroom and practice base for the cultivating and training of a large number of pillars of the Party and the state,and enriched the theoretical framework of Mao Zedong Thought.The spirit and fine style of work of the Communist Party of China in the Soviet area formed during its ruling in the Soviet area is an important part of the Chinese revolutionary spirit and fine tradition of the Chinese nation.
