In the severe revolutionary situation,the traffic and postal construction in the Central Soviet Area still created a network quickly and ran in an orderly manner,which ensured the necessity of the revolution.In an environment of scarce material resources,this result has been achieved because of a series of measures in financing and management,in which spiritual factors played an important role.This spirit is the Soviet Area Spirit.By analyzing the role of spiritual factors in the financing and management of traffic and postal services in the Central Soviet Area,we can see how the Soviet Area Spirit formed and impacted bit by bit in practice.
