潘懋元应用型本科教育思想的四维镜像 被引量:1

摘要 潘懋元教授是我国应用型本科教育理论之拓土开疆者。他多年潜心地方本科教育理论创新,致力攻关教育转型实践难题,建构起应用型本科教育定“向”在行业,定“性”在专业,定“型”在应用,定“位”在教学,定“格”在实践的教育思想体系,从理论向度、价值向度、情感向度和策略向度为我国地方本科院校应用型转型发展规划出清晰的“路线图”。首先,理论向度上,基于高校人才标准、职业门类性质、区域产业群精确匹配,潘懋元教授对国际教育标准分类进行借鉴与适切化改造;其次,价值向度上,在各美其美、特色发展的逻辑基础上,以美人之美、错位多元的价值方式,追求美美与共、兼容并蓄的价值愿景;再次,情感向度上,以以情优教,启思润智为情感旨归,以“教育就是解放心灵”为情感抓手,聚焦释放学生学习力,满足学以致用,育以自由的情感诉求;最后,在策略向度上,整合“求真”与“尚用”理论,聚合“出世”与“入世”价值,融合“谋术”与“谋道”情感,为应用型本科教育转型发展、提质增效蓄势聚能。 Professor Pan Maoyuan is the pioneer and practitioner of application-oriented undergraduate education in China.After a long period of time for innovating transformation theories and overcoming problems in practice,he has constructed the educational ideological system of application-oriented undergraduate education,which is oriented to the industry,the specialty,the application,the teaching and to the practice,designing a clear"roadmap"for the transformation and connotative development for the application-oriented universities in China from the perspective of theory,value,emotion and strategy.First of all,based on the theory of occupational spectrum and industrial cluster as well as specialization,Professor Pan Maoyuan has adapted the theory of classification of international educational standards.Secondly,on the logical basis of the development of aesthetic and individual characteristics,it is advisable to pursue dislocation development and arrive at the inclusiveness.Thirdly,it is very important for application-oriented undergraduate education to release learning power by means of elaboration and to meet the emotional appeal of teaching to be free.Finally,in terms of the strategic,it is supposed to integrate the theory of"seeking truth"and"advocating the application",combine the value of"isolation"and"entering into the society"and fuse the emotion of"pursuing skills"and"pursuing principles"to promote the conjunctive development of application-oriented undergraduate education.
