The Dissemination and Influence of Yangming's Theory of Mind in Ming Dynasty in Qiannan Area

黔南是贵州境内以布依族、苗族为主体的少数民族聚居区。自明代中期开始,阳明心学在黔南地区得以传播,一百余年间,以都匀为中心的黔南地区崛起成为黔中王门的“五大重镇”之一。以阳明心学为主流的儒家文化促进了黔南教育文化的发展,使黔南成为贵州儒学文化最发达的少数民族地区之一。

Qiannan is an ethnic minority settlement area dominated by Buyi and Miao nationalities in Guizhou.Since the mid-Ming Dynasty,Yangming's theory of mind has spread in Qiannan area.For more than 100 years,Qiannan area with Duyun as the center has risen to become one of the"five important towns"of the kings of Guizhou.The Confucian culture with Yangming's theory of mind as the mainstream promoted the development of education and culture in Qiannan,making Qiannan one of the most developed ethnic minority areas in Guizhou.
