钉合正交层积木板抗弯性能试验

摘要 针对钉合正交层积木板(钉合CLT板)的抗弯性能,对钉合正交层积木板进行弯曲试验,对其破坏形态和极限承载力等指标进行对比分析,找出各因素对抗弯性能的影响.结果表明,30°施钉大大提高了CLT板的极限承载力、整体受力性能以及延性,但30°施钉不利于钉合CLT板维持初始刚度.螺丝钉提高了极限承载力,增大了钉合CLT板的挠度,提高了钉合CLT板的抗弯性能,但施钉类型对钉合CLT板的应变影响不大. Aiming at the bending resistance of nailed cross-laminated timber(CLT)plate,the bending test of nailed CLT plate was carried out,and such indexes as failure modes and ultimate bearing capacity were compared and analyzed to confirm the influence of various factors on bending resistance.The results show that the 30°nailing greatly improves the ultimate bearing capacity,integral stress performance and ductility of CLT plate,but the 30°nailing is not conducive to the maintenance of initial stiffness for nailed CLT plate.The screw enhances the ultimate bearing capacity,deflection and bending resistance of CLT plate.However,the nailing type has less influence on the strain of nailed CLT plate.
