摘要
针对烟气冲击旋水子能够形成气液两相混合物的情况,以LNG加热气化装置为研究对象,建立了烟气冲击旋水子的两相流传热模型,进行了两相流传热的数值模拟,得到了两相流动的温度场和液相的体积分布;比较了旋水子上液相高度对两相流动传热的影响,得到了最适的液相高度。通过实验,验证了数值模拟的正确性和加热气化装置设计的可行性。
Aiming at the situation that the flue gas impacting the cyclone can form a gas-liquid two-phase mixture,taking the LNG heating gasification device as the research object,the two-phase flow heat transfer model of the flue gas impacting the cyclone is established,and the two-phase flow heat transfer value is calculated by simulation,the temperature field and the volume distribution of the liquid phase of the two-phase flow are obtained;the influence of the height of the liquid phase on the hydrocyclone to the heat transfer of the two-phase flow is compared,and the optimum liquid phase height is obtained.The accuracy of the simulation and the feasibility of the heating gasification device design are verified by experiments.
