摘要
通过总结归纳车身轻量化的工程路线与理论路线,制定了面向实际工程应用的车身轻量化新路线,针对某车型车身结构模型,展开具体的车身轻量化设计研究。首先,对车身弯曲刚度和扭转刚度进行车身性能灵敏度仿真分析,得到不同零部件的车身性能灵敏度结果;其次,从结构、材料和工艺三方面对车身进行具体轻量化方案的实施,共提出轻量化方案35个,共计减重13.193 kg;第三,对轻量化车身模型进行刚度、模态、100%刚性壁障正面碰撞和侧面碰撞安全性的仿真分析,分析结果表明,轻量化后的车身模型在以上各性能指标中均符合一般设计要求指标,验证了车身轻量化方案的可行性。
By summing up the engineering and theoretical routes of body lightweight,a new lightweight routes for practical engineering applications are formulated.The lightweight design of body-in-white based on new lightweight routes is studied aiming at a model of body-in-white.Firstly,the sensitivity analysis of body bending stiffness and torsional stiffness is carried out to obtain the sensitivity results of different parts.Secondly,from three aspects of structure,material and technology,specific lightweight schemes for the car body are implemented,a total of 35 lightweight schemes are proposed,losing a total of 13.193 kg weight.Thirdly,the formability,stiffness modal and collision safety of the lightweight body model are simulated and analyzed.The results show that the lightweight body model meets the general design requirements in the above performance indicators,which verifies the feasibility of the lightweight scheme.
