摘要
汽车车灯的密封性能是决定车灯质量高低的一项关键指标,差压气密检测是目前检测车灯密封性能较为广泛的手段。通过考察实际车灯差压气密检测的工作原理、气动回路特点以及影响因素等,建立了相应的气体动力学模型,然后通过仿真模型探究各个影响因素对差压的影响,并且将实际汽车车灯差压检测试验结果与仿真结果进行比对验证,从而对仿真模型进行修正,用于指导汽车车灯的生产检测。
The sealing performance of automobile lamps is a key index to determine the quality of lamps.Differential pressure air tightness detection is a widely used method to detect the sealing performance of automobile lamps.The working principle,characteristics of pneumatic circuit and influencing factors of differential pressure air tightness detection of actual lamp are explored,and the corresponding gas dynamic model is established.Then through the simulation model,the impact of various factors on the differential pressure is explored,and the actual automobile lamp differential pressure detection test results are compared with the simulation results.Thus,the simulation model is modified to guide the production and inspection of automobile lamps.
