摘要
高效缓蚀剂可以降低油气井开采中酸液的腐蚀效果,从而减少铁离子进入量,减少硫沉淀导致的堵塞。本研究用量子化学计算软件寻找理论效果较优的咪唑啉类缓蚀剂(XR1),将其季铵化得到咪唑啉季胺盐缓蚀剂(XR2),并对其进行了结构表征、缓蚀机理分析以及缓蚀效果评价。结果表明:在温度为90℃、饱和H2S条件下,含有缓蚀剂XR2的酸液缓蚀率可达91.1%,具有较佳的缓蚀作用,对N-80钢片有良好的保护作用,对油气藏的高效开发具有重要意义。
High efficiency corrosion inhibitor can reduce the corrosion effect of acid in oil and gas well production,so as to reduce the entry of iron ions and the blockage caused by sulfur precipitation.In this essay,an imidazoline corrosion inhibitor XR1 with a better theoretical effect was found by quantum chemistry calculation software,and the imidazoline quaternary amine salt inhibitor XR2 was further obtained by quaternization.Their structure characterization,corrosion inhibition mechanism analysis and corrosion inhibition effect evaluation were carried out.The results showed that the corrosion inhibition ratio of the acid solution containing the corrosion inhibitor XR2 was 91.1%under the condition of 90℃and H2S saturation.XR2 exhibited a better corrosion inhibition effect and a good protection effect on N-80 steel sheet,which would be of great significance for the efficient development of oil and gas reservoirs.
