摘要
各国蛇伤救治专家普遍认为抗蛇毒血清是治疗毒蛇咬伤的首选解毒药物。本文综合国内外有关抗蛇毒血清的文章,系统阐述抗蛇毒血清的机制、国内外抗蛇毒血清使用概况及不良反应,以期为抗蛇毒血清的临床使用提供新思路。
It is generally considered that antivenom is the prior choice for treating viper snakebite.In this paper,the mechanism of antivenoms,the general situation of antivenoms use at home and abroad and the adverse reactions of antivenoms were systematically described,in order to provide new ideas for the clinical use of antivenoms.
