摘要
目的分析冠心病患者及其家庭照顾者心脏康复学习信息需求的差异性。方法选取2020年1-6月在广西医科大学第二附属医院住院的冠心病患者及其家庭照顾者进行问卷调查。结果本研究患者在运动锻炼或体力活动、工作或职业或社会、一般或社会关注、诊断和治疗方面评分均高于主要照顾者,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。患者在营养方面、压力或心理因素方面评分均低于主要照顾者,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。在心脏及药物方面、紧急情况、危险因素方面的评分相似,差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论患者的健康教育需求与其主要照顾者存在差异性。医护人员在计划患者教育时,需对患者的学习需求进行全面评估,以便通过优先考虑患者的教育需求来制定合适的教育计划。
Objective To describe and compare the differences of cardiac rehabilitation learning information needs between patients with coronary heart disease and their family caregivers.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among patients with coronary heart disease and their family caregivers who were hospitalized in the second affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from January 2020 to June 2020.Results Patients have statistically significant significance in motion exercise or physical activity,work or occupation or society,general or social attention,diagnosis and treatment,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05 for each);Patients score in nutrition,pressure or psychological factors are below major care,and the differences have statistically significant(P<0.05 for each);in terms of heart,drugs,emergency,risk factors,similar,no statistics Significance(P>0.05 for each).Conclusion Patients'views on health education needs are different from those of their main caregivers.Therefore,when planning patients'education,it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive review of patients'learning needs,so as to make an appropriate education plan by giving priority to patients'education needs.
