为解决某公司大型工程车车体喷漆前清洗除锈人工工作量大,除锈效果不理想的问题,设计了一种自动激光除锈系统,该系统采用六轴工业机器人搭载激光除锈设备,将车体模型导入轨迹规划系统实现车体外表面的自动清洗除锈,大幅降低工人劳动强度的同时提升除锈效果,从而提高生产效率和产品质量。

In order to solve the probtem of heavy manual work and unsatisfactory effect of cleaning and derusting before painting,an automatic laser derusting system is designed.The system uses a six-axis industrial robot equipped with laser derusting equipment to import the vehicle body model into the trajectory planning system to realize the automatic cleaning and derusting of the cehicle body surface,Greatly reduce the labor intensity of workers at the same time improve the rust removal effect,so as to improve production efficiency and product quality.
