摘要
现有公开文献对于皮带秤称量台位置设计的论述尚不完备、严谨。本文指出皮带秤称量台的合理位置应设在输送带速度稳定,且所输送的物料速度同输送带的速度相等之处,仅仅考虑避免装在皮带张力变化大的区段是远远不够的。基于动力学和运动学原理分析了输送带与物料的运动状态,进而提出称量台与物料装入点的距离应设计成不短于物料自装上输送带起直至同输送带等速的时间段内输送带所通过的行程。为此,应当充分顾及输送带坡度、输送带额定速度、物料的滑动摩擦因数、物料装到输送带之后初期的加速度等基本力学参数。最后作了举例说明。本期刊登的是全文的下篇,主要内容为运用动力学和运动学的基本原理分析了物料同输送带等速的条件,介绍了所推导的计算公式。
The existing publication on the location design of belt weigher weighing table is not complete and rigorous. This paper pointed out that the reasonable position of the belt weigher’weighing table should be located in the place where the conveyor belt speed is stable and the transported material speed is equal to the speed of the conveyor belt. It is not enough to only avoid locating at the sections where the belt tension changes greatly. And based on the dynamics and kinematics principles, this paper analyzed the moving state of the conveyor belt and the material, furthermore proposed that the distance between the weighing table and the material loading point should be designed to be not less than the conveyor belt passed length in the time inteval from material loaded onto the conveyor to the material speed become the same speed as conveyor belt. For this reason, the basic mechanical parameters such as the conveyor belt slope, the rated speed of the conveyor belt, the sliding friction factor of the material, and the acceleration after the material be loaded onto the belt weigher should be taken into account adequately. Some examples were given on the article end.This issue is the last part of the paper, which the main content is to analyze the condition that the material is at the same speed as the conveyor belt by using the basic principles of dynamics and kinematics, and to present the corresponding deduced formula.
