不同出生类型云上黑山羊羔羊哺乳期生长规律研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了研究不同出生类型云上黑山羊羔羊哺乳期生长发育规律,选取云上黑山羊初生羔羊120只,公、母各半,分为单羔、双羔和三羔组,从出生开始直至90日龄断奶,每10天进行1次体重测定。进行生长发育分析和趋势拟合。结果表明:(1)哺乳期间,三羔公羊绝对生长最快,单羔公羊、单羔母羊、双羔公羊、三羔母羊绝对生长次之,双羔母羊绝对生长最慢;三羔公羊相对生长最大(P<0.05),三羔母羊相对生长次之(P<0.05),单羔公羊、单羔母羊、双羔公羊、双羔母羊相对生长最小(P<0.05)。(2)羔羊哺乳阶段的绝对生长在时间序列上不存在显著差异。羔羊的绝对生长在初生重和环境因素的共同作用下随时间而波动。(3)直线回归和非线性回归的Bertalanffy模型均能有效拟合哺乳期云上黑山羊羔羊的生长曲线。 In order to describe growth pattern of different birth types of Yunshang black goat kids in lactation period.Growth data were collected from 120 Yunshang black goats kids with similar prenatal period,half male and female,each divided into three groups:single,twins and trifle.The body weights of these kids were measured every 10 days from birth until weaning at 90 days.The data used to calculate growth,Etting curve.The results show that:①The absolute growth of male of triple is higher than other types,followed by single male,single female,female of triple and male of twins,and The absolute growth of female of twins is the lowest in all types;The relative growth of male of triple is higher than other types(P<0.05)followed by female of triple(P<0.05),and the relative growth of single male,single female,female of twins and male of twins is lower than other types(P<0.05).②There is no significant difference of absolute growth with time change.Under the combined effect of the birth weight and environment,absolute growth of kids fluctuates with time.③Growth curves of the kids were fitted by both linear regression and Bertalanffy of nonlinear growth model.
