永磁同步直线电机推力波动试验台设计与分析

摘要 在目前永磁同步直线电机推力波动性能测试试验台的研究中,存在着导轨和加载形式单一的问题,因此设计了一种将无杠气缸作为加载形式,以PMSLM驱动气浮导轨进行推力波动性能测试的试验台。该推力波动性能测试试验台运用气体润滑技术使得组件沿着气浮导轨移动保证了运行的直线精度。对该试验台的整体结构进行了设计和论证,结果表明:导轨面的最大变形量在0.97~1.13μm之间,气浮导轨的最大应变是1.44×10-5,气浮导轨的最大应力为2.96 MPa,说明其具有机械精度高、运动直线度高、安装维护容易等特点,能够达到预期的设计目的。 In the current study on the Permanent Magnet Synchronous Linear Motor(PMSLM)thrust ripple performance test bench,there is the problem that the guide rail and the loading form are single,so a kind of test bench is designed which adopts the bar less cylinder as the loading form and uses PMSLM to drive the air float guide to test the thrust fluctuation performance.The thrust ripple performance test bench uses gas lubrication technology to make the components move along the air float guide rail to ensure the linear precision of operation.In this paper,the overall structure of the test bench is designed and demonstrated.The results show that the maximum deformation of the guide surface is between 0.97 and 1.13μm,the maximum strain of the air float guide is 1.44×10-5,and the maximum stress of the air float guide is 2.96 MPa,indicating that it has the characteristics of high mechanical precision,high motion straightness,easy installation and maintenance,etc,and can achieve the expected design purpose.
