液压铰链铆钉自动装配机构设计

摘要 针对液压铰链生产过程中铆钉穿钉困难,导致铆钉难以实现自动化装配的问题,设计了一种液压铰链铆钉自动装配机构。文章主要对机构的工作原理和机械结构的设计进行详细介绍,该机构主要由送钉机构,穿钉机构以及引针机构所组成,实现了铆钉的自动上料和分料、以及铆钉的自动定位和穿钉。其结构简单且工作稳定,装配速度能够稳定在1.5 s/件,现已应用于多种型号的液压铰链生产线中。其工作原理具有一定通用性,且为铆钉的自动化装配提供了新方案,值得推广。 Aiming at the difficulty of rivets threading during the production of hydraulic hinges,which makes it difficult to realize automatic assembly of rivets,rivet automatic assembly mechanism for hydraulic hinge is designed.This paper mainly introduces the working principle of the mechanism and the design of the mechanical structure in detail.The mechanism is mainly composed of a rivet feeding mechanism,a rivet threading mechanism and a rivet guiding mechanism,which realizes the automatic feeding and distribution of rivets,and the automatic positioning and threading of rivets.Its structure is simple and stable,and the assembly speed can produce 1.5 s/piece on average.It has been used in various types of hydraulic hinge production lines.Its working principle has a certain versatility,and it provides a new solution for the automatic assembly of rivets,which is worthy of promotion.
