90°弯管冲蚀磨损仿真分析 被引量:6

摘要 在石油行业中,冲蚀磨损已成为输送管道损坏的一个重要原因。针对石油输送管道中90°弯管内壁冲蚀严重的问题,采用CFD数值模拟的方法对液固两相流弯管冲蚀进行研究,并对数值分析模拟结果采用最小二乘法进行非线性拟合,获得了颗粒直径、颗粒质量流率、流体速度、流体粘度、管道直径、管道弯径比等因素对90°弯管冲蚀磨损的影响规律,同时提出了一个包含多因素耦合的冲蚀磨损预测模型。研究表明,随着流体速度和颗粒质量流率的增大,冲蚀磨损呈幂指函数增加;随着管道直径、管道弯径比、流体粘度和颗粒直径的增大,冲蚀磨损呈幂指函数减小;提出的冲蚀预测模型计算结果与实验结果相比误差为27.9%和26.5%。 In the petroleum industry,erosion has become an important cause of pipeline damage.Aiming at the serious erosion of the inner wall of the 90°elbow in the oil pipeline,the CFD numerical simulation method is used to study the erosion of the liquid-solid two-phase flow elbow,and the numerical analysis simulation results are nonlinearly fitted by the least square method,Obtained the influence law of particle diameter,particle mass flow rate,fluid velocity,fluid viscosity,pipe diameter,pipe bend diameter ratio on the erosion of the 90°elbows.At the same time,a multi-factor coupling of erosion prediction model was proposed.Studies have shown that with the increase of fluid velocity and particle mass flow rate,the erosion increases in a power exponential function;with the increase of pipe diameter,pipe bend diameter ratio,fluid viscosity and particle diameter,the erosion decreases in a power exponential function;the calculated error of the proposed erosion prediction model is 27.9%and 26.5%compared with the experimental results.
