离散型加工车间MES终端设计与开发

Design and Development of MES Terminal for Discrete Workshop

通过深入离散制造企业机加工车间长期陪产研究,分析离散机加车间整体业务流程,结合管理信息系统的理论提出了基于离散型加工车间的MES终端系统。使用Web方式,结合HTML、CSS、JavaScript技术,在Vue框架下完成了MES工作站的开发。解决了企业工时统计不准确,零件信息无法追溯,设备维护不及时,无法查看机床设备实时状态等问题,增加了车间设备利用率,提高了车间工时统计精准度,也使生产信息可以追溯至零件,达到了生产车间信息化管控的目的,推动了企业的信息化进程。

Through in-depth study on the long-term accompanying production of discrete machining workshop in manufacturing enterprises,the overall business process of discrete machining workshop is analyzed,and combined with the application of management information system,MES terminal system based on discrete machining workshop is proposed.The MES workstation is developed under Vue framework by using web mode,HTML,CSS and JavaScript technology.It solves the problems such as inaccurate man hour statistics,parts information cannot be traced,equipment maintenance is not timely,and it is unable to view the real-time status of machine tools and equipment.It improves the utilization rate of workshop equipment,enhances the accuracy of workshop man hour statistics,and makes the workshop production information traceable to parts.It achieves the purpose of workshop information management and control,and promotes the informatization process of enterprises.
