摘要 公交微循环是“最后一公里”以及交通拥堵问题的有效解决方案之一,微循环公交在街区制条件下更能发挥出本身便捷高效的优势。以街区制条件下的开放式社区为背景,在公共交通能够满足区域内所有出行需求的前提下,建立以运营收入最大化为目标函数,线路长度、发车频率、车辆容量、上座率等为约束条件的微循环公交站点和线路设计模型,并采用遗传算法进行求解。最后,以百子湾社区为例,提出了社区微循环公交线路走向和发车频率的最优设计方案,证明了模型和算法的可行性与优越性。 The microcirculation of public transport is considered as one of the effective solutions to the“last-kilometer”problem and traffic congestion.Under the block System,the advantages of the efficiency of the microcirculation bus are brought into play.A model of microcirculation bus station and line was established in this study on the premise that all travel needs in the region could be met by public transport.The model was expected to maximize operating income with constraints of line length,frequency,vehicle capacity,seating rate,etc.Genetic algorithm was used to solve the model.Taking Baiziwan community as an example,the optimal design of the community microcirculation bus lines is put forward,including line direction and frequency,which verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the model and algorithm.
