摘要
武术作为我国民族传统体育的典型代表,在不断的发展和完善过程中,已经拥有了一套非常完整的训练方法,在训练中需要循序渐进地进行练习,在反复练习过程中掌握要领,所以完善武术套路训练方法能够进一步提升武术人的核心力量。该文首先对核心的武术套路训练方法进行详细分析,然后对训练进行相关的探究和优化,进而制定符合实际训练的具体方法,以此希望培养出更多优秀的武术运动员。
Martial arts is a typical representative of Chinese traditional sports.In the process of Contiruous development and improvement,we have a very complete set of training methods.We need to practice step by step in the training,and master the essentials in the process of repeated practice.Therefore,improving martial arts routine training methods can further enhance the core strength of martial arts people.This paper f irst makes a detailed analysis of the core martial arts routine training methods,and then makes relevant exploration and optimization of the training,and then formulates specific methods in line with the actual training,in order to cultivate more excellent martial arts athletes.
