摘要
作为当下较为流行且行之有效的训练方法,核心力量训练方法主要是通过对人体核心部位肌群的训练使运动员身体协调能力、平衡能力等得到提升,从而提高动作技术的完成度,并且有效避免运动过程中的身体损伤。该文首先对核心力量进行了概述,并分析了短跑运动中核心力量的作用,然后论述了短跑运动技术与核心部位的关系,最后指出了短跑运动核心力量训练的方法及注意事项,旨在为短跑项目教学与训练提供一些参考。
As a popular and effective training method,the core strength training method is mainly through the training of the core part of the human body muscle group,so that the athletes'body coordination ability and balance ability can be improved,so as to improve the completion of action technology,and effectively avoid physical injury in the process of movement.This paper first summarizes the core strength,and analyzes the role of core strength in sprint,then discusses the relationship between sprint technology and core parts,and finally points out the methods and precautions of core strength training in sprint,aiming to provide some reference for sprint teaching and training.
