广西高校花样跳绳教学模式的创新探析

花样跳绳项目的教学创新是现代高校体育教学改革内容之一。该研究运用文献资料法、跟踪调查法、数理统计法和逻辑分析法,对广西高校开展花样跳绳项目的现状和困境进行分析。归纳与剖析其现状的4个特点与趋势,结合目前高校花样跳绳教学在教学管理体系、教学模式、师资团队和教材等方面存在的问题,提出花样跳绳从教学内容、目标、方式和评价等4个方面进行创新,将其与现代技术相融合,形成样态创新和结构创新的实用性新模式,促进高校花样跳绳的健康发展。

The teaching innovation of synchronized rope skipping is one of the contents of modern college physical education reform.The research uses the method of literature data,follow-up investigation,mathematical statistics and logical analysis to analyze the current situation and predicament of the skipping rope project in universities in Guangxi.Summarizing and analyzing the four characteristics and trends of its current situation,combined with the current problems in the teaching management system,teaching mode,teacher team and teaching materials of the current college rope skipping teaching,put forward the four aspects of the teaching content,goals,methods and evaluations of the rope skipping.Innovate in the field and integrate it with modern technology to form a new practical model of style innovation and structural innovation,and promote the healthy development of college skipping rope.
