健身八段锦对社区老人终身体育的促进研究

Research on Promotion of Body-Building Baduanjin to Lifelong Sports for the Elderly in Community

早在1995年,国家就首次提出了“全民健身”计划,后又提出了“终身体育”。这两个概念作为体育改革和发展的新标向,不断渗入到各个领域。而随着我国经济的不断发展,人们的生产和生活方式陆续出现一系列变化,在给人们带来明显的益处的同时,也无疑对人们的健康造成了一定的影响,因而促使人们更加关注健康。在“十四五”规划中,国家更是将健康放在优先发展的战略地位。但是在全球范围内,我国在老龄人口数量和老龄化速度方面均较为严重,这是一项重要的社会性问题,老年人身体素质的提高成为“十四五”期间应对人口老龄化的严峻挑战。该文以社区为基点,以传统气功八段锦为干预手段,对社区老人身体素质的提高以及终身体育的促进展开研究,旨在提高社区老人身体素质以及促进他们终身体育提供参考性数据。

As early as 1995,the state first put forward the"National Fitness"plan,and then put forward the"Lifelong Sports".As the new direction of sports reform and development,these two concepts have infiltrated into all fields.With the continuous development of China's economy,there have been a series of changes in people's production and lifestyle.While bringing obvious benefits to people,there is no doubt that it has a certain impact on people's health,which prompts people to pay more attention to health.In the 14th Five-Year Plan,the country puts health as a strategic priority for development.However,China's aging population and aging speed are among the more serious countries in the world,which is an important social problem,making the improvement of the physical quality of the elderly become a severe challenge to deal with the aging of the population during the 14th Five-Year Plan period.This paper based on community and using traditional Qigong Baduanjin as intervention method,studies the improvement of the physical fitness of the elderly in community and the promotion of lifelong physical education,aiming to provide reference data for improving the physical fitness of the elderly in community and promoting their lifelong physical education.
