河北省冰雪产业现状分析与启示

Analysis and Enlightenment of Snow and Ice Industry in Hebei Province

冰雪产业不仅是依靠大自然衍生出的一系列冬季项目,更反映出了人类在演变过程中顽强发展的强烈憧憬。该文运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,通过对国内冰雪产业研究现状的了解,发现河北省冰雪产业在发展过程中存在新兴冰雪项目开展受阻、人才培养体系不健全、产业运转周期过长的现状。而后通过分析得到建立冰雪产业独立部门、完善人才政策与培养机制、打造循环化产业链的对应启示,以期为河北省冰雪产业发展提供真实有效的理论依据,以及推进冰雪产业的全方位发展,进一步为我国体育产业的建设提供一定的参考依据。

Ice and snow industry is not only a series of winter projects derived from nature,but also reflects the strong vision of human development in the process of evolution.By using the methods of literature review,logical analysis and so on,through the understanding of the research status of domestic ice and snow industry,this paper finds that there are some problems in the development of ice and snow industry in Hebei Province,such as new ice and snow projects are hindered,talent training system is not perfect,and the industry operation cycle is too long.Then through the analysis,we get the corresponding enlightenment of establishing an independent department of ice and snow industry,improving the talent policy and training mechanism,and building a recycling industry chain,in order to provide a real and effective theoretical basis for the development of ice and snow industry in Hebei Province,and promote the all-round development of ice and snow industry,and further provide some reference for the construction of China's sports industry.
