面对一边是精神文化生活需求旺盛,一边是文化产品供给不足和良莠不齐,精神文化生活呈现不良现象等困境,文章提出要大力发展文化产业,完善公共文化服务体系,加强对文化市场的管理,加强对群众精神文化生活的政治引导、思想引导和道德引导,用丰富、先进、健康的文化,浇灌培养出有远大理想、敢于担当、勇于创新,保持永不懈怠精神和一往无前奋斗姿态的时代新人。

By analyzing the contradiction between the strong demand for the spiritual and cultural life and the insufficient supply of cultural products,and analyzing the dilemmas of the unevenness of spiritual and cultural products and the unhealthy phenomenon of spiritual and cultural life,this paper proposes countermeasures to vigorously develop the cultural industry,improve the public cultural service system,strengthen the management of the cultural market,strengthen the political,ideological and moral guidance of the people's spiritual and cultural life.With a rich,advanced,and healthy culture,we will nurture and cultivate newcomers of the era who have lofty ideals,daring to assume responsibility,and bravely innovating,maintaining a spirit of perseverance and an attitude of indomitable struggle.
