揿针联合氨酚羟考酮治疗骨转移癌痛的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of pressing needle combined with aminophenol oxycodone in the treatment of bone metastasis cancer pain

目的探讨揿针联合氨酚羟考酮治疗骨转移癌痛的临床疗效。方法选取江西省肿瘤医院2018年6月—2020年6月收治的骨转移癌痛患者62例,根据治疗方式不同分为对照组与观察组,每组31例。对照组予以氨酚羟考酮治疗,观察组在对照组基础上进行揿针治疗。比较2组临床疗效,治疗前后疼痛评估量表(BPI)评分、生存质量评定量表(QOL)评分。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前2组BPI评分、QOL评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后BPI评分低于对照组,QOL评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论揿针联合氨酚羟考酮治疗骨转移癌痛的临床疗效确切,可有效减轻患者疼痛感,提高其生活质量。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Pressing needle combined with aminophenol oxycodone in the treatment of bone metastasis cancer pain.Methods A total of 62 cases of patients with bone metastasis cancer pain were selected from June 2018 to June 2020 in Jiangxi Cancer Hospital,which were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was treated with aminophenol oxycodone,while the observation group was treated with pressing needle on the basis of the control group.Clinical efficacy,pain assessment scale(BPI) score and quality of life assessment scale(QOL) score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in BPI score and QOL score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,BPI score was lower and QOL score was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pressing needle combined with aminophenol oxycodone have an exact clinical effect for bone metastasis cancer pain,which can effectively reduce the pain of patients and improve their quality of life.
