摘要
地下水超采区划定是落实水资源管理制度的重要措施,传统方法是采用水位动态法、开采系数法和引发问题法等进行地下水超采区划定,但各方法的划定结果不统一。本文利用层次分析法建立上海市地下水超采区综合划定框架,对水位变化、开采系数以及开采引发的问题进行综合分析,最终结果与上海市实际情况较吻合。这为后续制定地下水取用水总量、水位控制等指标及科学合理制定地下水资源保护措施提供了依据。
The delimitation of groundwater overexploitation zones is an important step in water resource management.Traditional methods of water-level dynamics,exploitation coefficient,and induced problems are often used to delimit groundwater overexploitation zones.However,the delimitation results obtained using different methods vary.Therefore,this study proposed a comprehensive delimitation framework for groundwater overexploitation zones in Shanghai that comprehensively analyzes groundwater levels,exploitation coefficients,and induced problems caused by exploitation.The final results are more consistent with the actual situation in Shanghai,providing a basis for establishing the total amount of groundwater withdrawal,controlling water levels,and scientifically protecting groundwater resources.
