基于可视化研究的关节软骨损伤修复研究进展 被引量:1

Visualized analysis on progress of articular cartilage injury repairment

摘要 关节软骨损伤是骨关节科的一种常见疾病,常独立存在于关节软骨或合并于退行性骨关节炎,为个人、家庭甚至社会造成沉重的疾病负担。目前仍缺乏对于关节软骨损伤治疗的有效方法。本文通过检索Web of Science、PubMed、Medline、中国知网、万方等几大数据库,利用VOS viewer软件进行分析得出目前较为热门的4大相关研究领域,即:关节软骨损伤的手术修复;组织工程关节软骨损伤修复;关节软骨损伤的基础实验;与关节软骨损伤的其它相关研究。本文通过分析关节软骨损伤国内外研究的进展,并结合文献共现分析,目的以更为直观的方式展现关节软骨损伤的研究现状及未来研究的方向。 Articular cartilage injury is one of the most common diseases,which appears independently or combined with degeneration of osteoarthritis,leaving heavy burden to individual,family even the whole society.So far there are still lack of effective treatments.Studies were sourced from the Web of Science,PubMed,Medline,China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),and Wan Fang databases.Visualizing Scientific Landscapes(VOS viewer)software was used to conduct co-occurrence analysis.Studies could be divided into four clusters:surgical repairments,tissue engineering cartilage repairments,fundamental experiment studies and studies related with cartilage injury.The latest progress happened in four clusters were concluded.Hoping with the helps by using bibliometric methodology can this review figure out the research state and trend in the future.
