摘要
在金属薄板扩孔试验中,不同的试验条件,对试验结果有着较大的影响,本文通过在试样上重制直径10 mm圆孔后,扩孔时,采用不同的扩孔凸模推进速率、压边力、裂缝开口宽度等试验条件,获得了不同的扩孔试验结果,对影响扩孔试验结果的影响因素进行了分析。结果表明,扩孔凸模推进速率越快、压边力越大、扩孔后裂口开口越大,获得的扩孔试验结果——极限扩孔虑越大。
Different test conditions have great influence on the test results in the Metallic materials hole expanding test.In this paper,after a round hole with a diameter of 10 mm is punched on the sample,different experimental conditions surh as the advancing speed of the punch,the clamping force and the width of the crack opening,and the influencing factors on the Umiting hole expansion ratio results are analyzed.The results show that the faster the advancing speed of the punch,the greater the clamping force and ihe larger limiting hole expansion ratio.
