摘要
针对120 t转炉单渣留渣冶炼工艺中脱磷效率低、终点控制稳定性差、物料消耗高的问题,研究实践梯度枪位控制,根据转炉炼钢磷平衡机理分析,结合120 t转炉操作实际绩效,将单渣留渣冶炼过程枪位分为五个阶段梯度控制,实现了稳步提高转炉脱磷率、降低转炉物料消耗的目标。
Aiming at the problems of low dephosphorization efficiency,poor stability and high material consumption in single slag retained smelting process of 120 t converter in New Area of steelmaking plant,the gradient lance position control was studied and practiced.According to the analysis of P element balance mechanism and combined with the actual operation performance of 120 I converter in New Area,the smelting process was divided into five stages.Finally,the goal of improving dephosphorization rate and reducing material consumption of converter was achieved.
