15个桑品种对桑椹菌核病的田间抗病性初步评价

Field Resistance Evaluation of 15 Mulberry Germplasm Resources Against Mulberry Sclerote Disease

桑椹菌核病是果桑生产中的重要病害。采用田间自然感病法调查15个桑品种对桑椹菌核病的抗病能力,结果表明:15个桑品种基于相对抗病指数的田间抗病能力存在较大差异,有9个品种对桑椹菌核病表现为高抗,其中叶用桑品种剑持的相对抗病指数最高,为0.95;有3个品种表现为中抗,它们是红果1号、试2号、嘉陵30号,抗病指数在0.62~0.79之间;有2个品种表现为中感,它们是红果3号、红果2号,抗病指数分别为0.29、0.27;粤椹大十表现为感病,抗病指数为0,病果率达到80.37%。在此基础上,进一步追溯了部分供试桑品种的亲本来源及抗病能力。初步的试验调查结果可为果桑种植品种选择及抗病种质材料利用提供一定的参考。

Mulberry sclerotiniosi is an important disease in fruit mulberry production.By investigating the natural infection and evaluating the relative disease resistance in the endemic areas of mulberry sclerotiniosi,the field resistance of 15 mulberry germplasm resources against mulberry sclerote disease was surveyed.According to the relative disease resistance index,there were significant differences between 15 fruit mulberry germplasm resources.Nine mulberry varieties showed high resistance to mulberry sclerote disease.The mulberry variety of Jianchi has the highest relative disease resistance index,reaching 0.95.There are 3 mulberry varieties that show moderate resistance,they are Hongguo 1,Shi 2,and Jialing 30.The disease resistance index falls between 0.62 and 0.79.There are 2 mulberry species resources that show moderate susceptibility,they are Hongguo 3 and Hongguo 2,with disease resistance indexes of 0.27 and 0.29.The mulberry variety resource of Dashi was susceptible,with a disease resistance index of 0 and a diseased fruit rate of 80.37%.
