罗马尼亚外语教学政策对当地中小学中文教育的启示与推动研究 被引量:5

A Study of the Advancement of Chinese-language Teaching in Romania’s Primary and Secondary Schools in the Perspective of Romania’s Foreign Language Teaching Policy

摘要 基于多年实践教学基础,通过文献梳理,采用问卷调查、人物访谈和课堂观察相结合的研究方法,对罗马尼亚基础教育阶段外语教学政策特点、外语教学与升学考试(高考)进行了研究;考察了罗马尼亚中小学中文教育发展历程和现状。基于现状,从符合罗马尼亚外语教学政策框架下推动中文教育的角度出发,分别就教师、教材以及课程设置提出了以下建议:(1)打造稳定专业的师资团队,关注中文教师的职业发展;(2)修订补充教学大纲,研发本土中文教材;(3)制定统一标准的课程设置,增设教育体系必修课;(4)孔院发展本土化,扩大中文的影响力。 A full understanding of the foreign language teaching policy is an important topic for the implementation of the“country-specific”research in the academic field of international Chinese-language education.It is imperative to carry out related research in Romania,where Chinese is integrated into the national education system.Based on years of practical teaching experience,this article adopts such methods as document analysis,questionnaire surveys,interviews and classroom observations to study the characteristics of Romania’s foreign language teaching policy,the relationship between its foreign language teaching and its college entrance examination,and the historical development and the current status of the Chinese-language teaching in Romania’s primary and secondary education.From the perspective of promoting Chinese-language education under the framework of Romania’s foreign language teaching policy,it proposes the following suggestions for teachers,textbooks and curriculums:(1)it is necessary to build a stable and professional teaching team and pay attention to the career development of the TCSL teachers,it is beneficial to revise the relevant syllabus and write suitable local Chinese textbooks,it is necessary to work out a unified standard curriculum and add mandatory courses in the national education system,and it is encouraged to develop the Confucius Institute based on the local efforts and expand the influence of the Chinese language.
