基于BIM技术协同设计的施工项目智慧平台探究与实践

摘要 随着装配式建筑在建筑施工领域的大范围推广,项目部建设需要更快速、便捷且成本节约。本文结合信息化与智能化管理,将BIM技术应用在设计、生产、施工与运维管理4个阶段,构建装配式项目部的智慧平台的模型体系,主要采用MATLAB软件分析生成多种项目方案,进行预算分析与环境模拟后,将所需预制构件提供给生产工厂,对预制构件植入RFID技术后交与施工方,实现动态化组装并实时调整进度,合理进行造价管理,最终通过3D全景模拟与建筑内外部智能监测等实现智能化与信息化运行维护的目标,为互联网时代类似平台的相关研究提供参考与借鉴。 With the large-scale promotion of prefabricated building in the field of construction,the construction of the project department needs more rapid,convenient and economical characteristics.In this paper,combined with information and intelligent management,BIM Technology is applied in the four stages of design,production,construction and operation and maintenance management to build the model system of the intelligent platform of the prefabricated project department.MATLAB software is mainly used to analyze and generate a variety of projects plans.After budget analysis and environment simulation,the required pre-components are provided to the production plant,and the pre-components are implanted with RFID technology and handed over to the construction party to realize dynamic assembly,real-time schedule adjustment and reasonable cost management.Finally,the goal of intelligent and information-based operation and maintenance is achieved through 3D panoramic simulation and building internal and external intelligent monitoring.It provides a reference for the related research on similar platforms in the Internet era.
