摘要 随着城市化进程的加快,恶臭污染所引起的安全与环境问题日益突显,相关监测技术的研究已成为当前环境领域的热点问题之一。介绍了恶臭监测的主要方法,包括嗅觉感知法和仪器测定法,其中嗅觉感知法是通过对气味特征和感官的刺激程度来进行恶臭判断,仪器测定法则是应用色谱、质谱和光谱等分析监测仪器获得异味气体的物质组成及浓度;重点归纳了嗅觉感知法和仪器测定法的适用条件、研究现状和应用场景等相关内容。并进一步阐述了物理法、化学法和生物法等不同除臭方法的作用原理及其在实际应用中的优缺点;通过对不同的恶臭监测方法进行客观对比,讨论其实际适用范围,并对未来恶臭监测的发展方向提出了一些合理的建议。 With the acceleration of urbanization,the safety and environmental problems caused by odor pollution have become increasingly serious.The research on odor monitoring technology has become one of the hot issues in the field of environmental protection.This paper introduces the main methods of odor monitoring:olfaction perception method and instrumental measurement method.Olfaction perception method decides the degree of odor pollution through the smell characteristics and sensory stimulation,and the substance composition and concentration of odor gas can be obtained by instrumental measurement method,such as chromatograph,mass spectrometer and spectrograph.The paper summarizes the characteristics,research status and application conditions of olfactory perception and instrumental measurement.Furthermore,the paper introduces physical,chemical and biological deodorant techniques,and presents their advantages and disadvantages in practical application.Through the objective comparison of different monitoring methods,the paper also discusses the practical scope of their application,and puts forward some reasonable suggestions for the development direction of odor monitoring in the future.
