科技金融、经济增长与区域经济差距——基于我国省际面板数据的实证分析

Science and Technology Finance,Economic Growth and Regional Economic Gap:Empirical Analysis based on China's Provincial Panel Data

科技和金融的深度融合,对于我国经济高质量增长具有重要意义。首先构建科技金融指标体系测度了我国31个省(市、自治区)的科技金融水平。结果显示,无论全国还是东、中、西部各区域科技金融水平都在逐步提高,东部科技金融水平远远高于中西部。然后运用2009-2018年我国31个省(市、自治区)的省际面板数据,从全国总体样本和东、中、西部区域样本两个角度实证分析了科技金融对经济增长和区域经济差距的影响。实证发现,除中部地区科技金融对区域经济差距的影响不显著外,科技金融都积极促进了经济增长,显著缩小了区域经济差距。

The deep integration of science and technology and finance is of great significance to the high-quality growth of China's economy.Firstly,the index system of sci-tech finance is constructed to measure the level of sci-tech finance in 31 provinces.The results show that the level of science and technology finance in the east is much higher than that in the middle and west.Then,using the inter-provincial panel data of 31 provinces(municipalities and autonomous regions)in China from 2009 to 2018,the study empirically analyzes the impact of sci-tech finance on economic growth and regional economic gap from the perspectives of the national overall sample and the eastern,central and western regions sample.The empirical results show that,except for the insignificant influence of sci-tech finance on regional economic gap in central China,sci-tech finance has positively promoted economic growth and significantly reduced regional economic gap.
