摘要
随着微电子技术、半导体器件技术的快速发展,要求功率元件的性能不断提卧,电子产品高频化是其中一个发展趋势。本文较详细了论述了电感元件等效电路和高频的参数的研究,在高频的时候,电感不是理想的感性元件,除了本身的感性特效,还要考虑起分布电感,对于某些使用磁材,磁性材料特性的对高频阻抗的影响,这些高频特性在某些EMC场景有最关重要的作用,掌握对这些高频参数测量和原理对器件设计有着重要作用。
With the rapid development of microelectronics technology and semiconductor device technology,the performance of power components needs to be continuously improved,The high-frequency is oneof the trends.This paper discusses in detail the inductor of the parameters of high frequencyand the equivalent circuit,at the time of high frequency,inductance is not ideal perceptualelement,in addition to itself the emotional effects,but also distributed inductance,for someuse magnets,magnetic material influence on high frequency impedance,the characteristic of thehigh frequency characteristic in some EMC scene with the most important role,grasp the frequencycharacteristic of these design plays an important role to the device.
