摘要对乳腺癌病人心理困扰相关概念、测评工具、影响因素及干预措施进行综述,提示医护人员应关注未婚(离异/丧偶)、农村、受教育程度低、年轻病人的心理状况,积极开展科学、有效的护理干预,缓解病人的心理困扰水平,以提高其生存质量。
